Generally we offer a three course plated dinner or a five course family style. However, each event is different and customizable.

It generally take about 8 hours to prepare for an event however most of this work is done in one of our shared kitchens. For your event we will arrive about an hour before service to set up and dinners usually take about an hour and a half to two hours.
We set everything up and clean your kitchen. We also provide plates, flatware, and linen napkins.
We assess what is available in your space and then we will provide any necessary equipment.
Yes, we have worked in almost every type of environment you can imagine.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
We take travel and special ingredients into consideration before giving you a per guest cost. After we have given you the per person cost there are no additional charges.
Up to 200 guests.
Yes, we provide bartenders and servers if those services are needed.
Yes, we work with other wonderful vendors that will help accommodate your event.
